Alex has a wealth of experience leading large and diverse teams, as well as designing market leading customer experiences and using technology to support sustainable growth. Our estate planning department supports many tens of thousands of people each year, helping them navigate the sometimes complicated area of law that is estate planning. Alex is a big believer that accessibility and awareness are two key areas where the legal profession must continue to improve, and this has formed a vital part of Co-op Legal Services’ strategy in recent years.
