Our partners are fully regulated and authorised by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and or the Solicitors Regulation Authority. For introducing you our conveyancing partner will pay CLS a referral fee of £150. This is not added to your charges and you will not have to pay anything extra. It is paid directly by them to cover our marketing and administration costs.
