Emily Oxley

Emily is a medical negligence solicitor, based in the Manchester office of Co-op Legal Services.

Emily represents clients across a range of medical negligence cases, including GP negligence, hospital negligence claims and never events.

Emily has several years’ experience in civil litigation and has a well-rounded knowledge of consumer law and legal procedures.

Emily is extremely service driven and prides herself on providing a personal touch for her clients. She has been complimented for her professionalism and for explaining technical legal information to her clients in straightforward terms.

Career history

After completing her Legal Practice Course and master’s degree in Law at the University of Manchester, Emily joined Co-op Legal Services in 2017. She worked across the probate, estate planning and consumer law departments before she joined the medical negligence team.

Emily qualified as a solicitor in January 2023.

Outside of work Emily is a fan of music and regularly attends concerts. She also enjoys reading.
