When not working

Wendy spends time with her family and when time allows, enjoys a good book and keeping fit.

Significant experience

Wendy has dealt with some very difficult children proceedings where abuse against the Mother perpetrated by the Father and abuse against the children including poisoning has been found in Court and a no contact order given which is extremely rare.

Wendy has applied for a Forced Marriage Injunction that was granted in a particularly upsetting case whereby the child had been alienated from her Father due to cultural differences and a myriad of abuse allegations and it was alleged was to marry an adult in a different country as a child bride.

Wendy has also dealt with numerous financial matters whereby the main carer of the children has been able to stay in the home of the family post divorce until the children reach 16 or 18 years old if they stay in full time education where it is the best option available. She has successfully proven that debts are not matrimonial in a financial matter and managed to ring fence over £40k in debt from being added into the matrimonial pot through her thorough reviews of financial documents.
