Military divorce solicitors
Military divorce cases can have additional issues when compared to civilian divorce cases.
We offer fixed fee divorce or fixed hourly divorce solicitor rates. Once we have provided you with a written quote for the agreed work, that price will not change.
In some military divorce cases a combination of fixed fee divorce can be used alongside fixed hourly divorce solicitor rates. For example, the divorce process in England and Wales does not make any legal arrangements for children or finances after the decree absolute has been issued.
Family court orders, such as a child arrangement order may be required to formalise the children’s living arrangements, and/or a financial clean break order or consent order may be required to protect your ex from making a financial claim against you in the future.
We can provide you with expert legal advice about child arrangement orders and clean break orders when we know the details of your particular circumstances.
Military divorce cases
Military divorce cases can have additional issues compared to civilian divorce cases. In military divorce cases consideration must be given to armed forces service personnel accommodation, children’s education issues and armed forces pensions amongst others.
For MoD guidance and information about on pensions, pension sharing and options available to the courts see armed forces pensions on divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships on GOV.uk.
How our military divorce solicitors can help you
We offer initial legal advice and a 5% discount on divorce legal services for serving and retired HM Armed Forces personnel and MoD employees. Once we have provided you with a written quote for the agreed work to be done on your divorce case, that price will not change.
We offer a telephone based service so if you are serving, at home or overseas, we can take your instructions by e-mail or phone without needing to see you.
Our specialist solicitors can help you with military divorce, family law and children law support services if and when needed for:
- financial matters to include pensions
- separation agreements
- spousal maintenance
- children living arrangements

Thank you for all you did to speed along my divorce. I'm really grateful and relieved! (Ms S., London)
