As Learning & Development Principal for Legal Services, Mita is responsible for delivering hands-on training, driving capability development, and ensuring legal teams have the resources and skills required to deliver high-quality work.

Mita also has a strong interest in AI, focusing on integrating tools that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve the quality and consistency of legal services—ultimately reducing inefficiencies and elevating the client experience.
