Probate Solicitor, Bristol
Rachael is one of our Probate Solicitors based in Bristol. Rachael’s main role is to run a caseload of Probate administration cases through to completion. Rachael specialises in Probate matters that involve a wide range of issues, such as missing beneficiaries, multiple properties, foreign assets, lifetime tax planning and gifting, business ownership, and charitable beneficiaries.
With Rachael’s wider experience, she can give a holistic approach to each case and can identify where further advice or action is recommended.
Rachael has always aspired to work in the legal profession, and throughout her route to qualifying as a Solicitor gained experience in many areas of law, from criminal litigation to Conveyancing. Rachael has always been attracted to Probate and Estate administration, due to the level of client contact it affords. Rachael says it’s a privilege to be trusted to help family members and friends of a deceased loved one.
Rachael finds dealing with such a sensitive process at a time that is most challenging for families very rewarding. She aims to always ease the client of the burden of the whole process and make it as stress free as possible. Rachael particularly enjoys helping clients come to grips with what is often very unfamiliar legal affairs. Rachael finds that straightforward, practical help makes such a difference to clients who do not want to be overwhelmed with the ins and outs of the Probate process and simply want to be guided with confidence through Probate and Estate administration in the simplest way.
Rachael enjoys the variety of the work. No Probate case is exactly the same and with her experience she can anticipate problems that may need to be overcome, or steps that can be taken to ease problems from an early stage. She finds that the methodical and organised approach that is needed for Probate administration suits her working style and personality.
