Lauren is a Probate Solicitor at Co-op Legal Services in Manchester.

Lauren first became interested in elderly client and Probate Law during her training contract in 2006. She discovered that not only was it a very fascinating area of law, it was also a very fulfilling area to work in.

Lauren gains a real sense of satisfaction knowing that she is helping people at one of the most difficult times of their lives. She prides herself on providing excellent client care and on being highly efficient.

Career history

Lauren studied law at The University of Sheffield, obtaining a 2:1 LLB Hons in 2002.

She went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School and secured a training contract which began in 2005. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2007.

Professional memberships

Lauren has been a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2011.

When not working

Lauren can often be found either running, swimming or completing endurance events on her road bike. She also travels extensively, and volunteers for an elderly persons’ charity, visiting two elderly ladies at their home once per week to provide companionship and support.
