Charlotte Stevens is a Probate Solicitor at Co-op Legal Services based in Bristol.
Charlotte deals with all aspects of Probate and Estate administration, including obtaining valuations of all Estate assets and applying for a Grant of Representation. Once the Grant has been obtained, Charlotte organises the gathering in of all the Estate assets and begins administering them in accordance with the terms of the Will; or Intestacy rules (as applicable).
Charlotte understands that her clients are often distressed following a recent bereavement, and will make every effort to ensure that the legal process is as straightforward as possible for them.
Charlotte is approachable and enjoys getting to know her clients. She strives to avoid the use of legal jargon and is committed to providing clear legal advice to her clients at an often difficult and challenging time in their lives.
Charlotte graduated from Swansea University in 2009 with 1st Class Honours in Law. After taking a gap year to travel the world, she completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bristol, where she was awarded a Distinction. Charlotte then worked as a paralegal at Co-op Legal Services before starting her training contract in September 2014.
Charlotte has gained experience in the areas of Probate and Family Law, working in Bristol and London, before qualifying as a Probate Solicitor with Co-op Legal Services.
