If you understand what's included in an LPA but you'd like some guidance, our digital LPA service could be the right solution for you.
With our digital service, you can create your LPA online in your own time. You'll be given prompts and guidance on how to include wording that helps your attorney make the right decisions for you. Your LPA will then be checked over by a legal professional before you sign it.
Our online LPA service includes:
- online explanations and guidance on important details to include in your LPA
- a follow up call with a legal specialist, to check through the LPA and answer your questions before you sign it
You'll then need to register your LPA yourself with the Office of the Public Guardian.
Fully advised LPA service from £399
If you want full support and advice from a legal specialist, our fully advised service would be the right solution for you.
With our fully advised service, you'll receive dedicated 1-2-1 support and legal advice, with a choice of face-to-face, video or telephone meetings available. Your legal specialist will discuss your needs with you and explain your options in full, including drafting bespoke clauses into your LPA where necessary to cover decisions that are important to you and your specific circumstances.
Our fully advised service includes:
- a 1-2-1 appointment with a legal specialist
- legal advice on the specific details you'll need to consider
- drafting of the LPA to ensure all your wishes are legally documented
We'll then register your LPA for you with the Office of the Public Guardian.
You cannot legally make an LPA on behalf of someone else. Our LPA services are only available to people who are making their own LPA.
