Sarah Ryan is a Licensed Conveyancer, Property Lawyer and Head of Conveyancing at Co-op Legal Services. Sarah is also a Justice of the Peace sitting at the North East Wales Bench.
Whilst working in the Conveyancing industry Sarah has created and successfully managed volume Conveyancing departments. In 2006 Sarah was appointed Managing Director of LMS Direct Conveyancing Limited a Licensed Conveyancing Practice in the North West UK. Sarah incorporated and managed the volume Conveyancing practice for over 10 years enabling over 50,000 clients to move house or remortgage their property.

Sarah began her career at the age of 18 working in a high street law firm. Whilst working in the legal profession she qualified as a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) in 2001 and subsequently as a Licensed Conveyancer. She is also the Chair of CILEx Strategic Risk Committee.
Sarah is a collaborative team player who is adaptive to responsive change specialising in creating flexible and innovative solutions to re-engineer the conveyancing process. She is an experienced Executive with a demonstrable record of improving efficiency whilst focusing on risk management and compliance.
Sarah understands the needs of her clients when they are thinking about buying and selling a home or remortgaging their property. Sarah continually looks to improve service and the client experience.
Sarah says "As Conveyancers we strive to remove the ambiguity and delays for clients as much as we possibly can. It is important to work closely with all parties involved ensuring a fast and efficient service is provided enabling clients to move into their new home as soon as possible."
When Not Working
Sarah enjoys travel and spending time with her family. She is also a keen saxophonist.
