Emily is a medical negligence solicitor, based in the Manchester office of Co-op Legal Services.
Emily represents clients across a range of medical negligence cases, including GP negligence, hospital negligence claims and never events.
Emily has several years’ experience in civil litigation and has a well-rounded knowledge of consumer law and legal procedures.
Emily is extremely service driven and prides herself on providing a personal touch for her clients. She has been complimented for her professionalism and for explaining technical legal information to her clients in straightforward terms.

Career highlights
After completing her law degree in 2017, Emily joined Co-op Legal Services in the Personal Injury Team and began running personal injury cases in 2018. While working in the department, she studied for her Legal Practice Course with a Master’s in Law in her spare time, which she completed in 2020. Emily then began her training contract with Co-op Legal Services, gaining experience in Wills and Estate Planning, Employment Law, Clinical Negligence, Consumer Law (including nuisance and debt claims), and Probate. She qualified as a solicitor in January 2023 and now specialises in Medical Negligence and Coroner’s Inquests.
