Tasnim qualified as a family lawyer in private practice before moving into local authority work, where she specialised in public law proceedings. She later worked as a Legal Adviser in the courts and went on to become an SRA caseworker. Tasnim joined Co-op Legal Services in 2026.
This varied legal background has given her experience across private practice, public sector law, court operations and regulatory work.
Outside of work, Tasnim enjoys playing netball for her local league, as well as swimming, going to the gym and running. She volunteers as a reader at the school of her two young sons.
