Mita qualified as a solicitor in 2006, bringing two decades of experience in private client practice, with particular expertise in probate and estate administration.
As Learning and Development Principal for Legal Services, she leads hands-on training, drives capability development, and ensures the legal teams are equipped with the skills and resources needed to deliver consistently high-quality work.
Mita has a strong interest in AI. She is passionate about integrating tools that can enhance productivity, optimise processes and increase the quality and consistency of legal services to reduce inefficiencies and improve the client experience.

When not working
Personal interests include baking (her sourdough starter Yeasty Boi is certainly a character!). She also enjoys staying active at the gym and attempting to develop green fingers - results so far have been mixed.
