Laura is an Assistant Litigation Executive at Co-op Legal Services specialising in serious injury claims.
Laura has experience in dealing with a wide range of personal injury claims, representing clients with serious orthopaedic injuries, chronic pain and psychological injuries and sensory injuries.
She also has experience as a Team Leader in our MoJ team, coaching, mentoring and developing a team of case handlers dealing with road traffic accident claims.
Laura now sits within the Serious Injury Team, where she has further developed her personal injury knowledge and continued her commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Laura has represented clients in road traffic accident claims, employer's liability claims and public liability claims. She has also assisted in high value cases and fatal accident claims.
Laura is extremely service driven and prides herself on doing her very best for her clients.
Career history
Laura studied History (BA Hons) at Newcastle University before completing her legal education in Bristol.
Laura joined Co-op Legal Services in 2008. Following her initial 6 years as a Senior Legal Assistant, she was promoted to an Assistant Team Leader and later to a Team Leader within the MOJ Department in which she coached, mentored and developed a team of case handlers dealing with road traffic accident claims.
After gaining managerial experience, Laura moved into the serious injury team where she could develop her personal injury knowledge further and continue her commitment to providing excellent customer service. Since then, she has represented clients in road traffic accident, employers liability and public liability claims. She has also assisted in high value cases and fatal accident claims.
Outside of work
Outside of work Laura enjoys keeping fit and spending time with her young children, her family and her friends.
