I would thoroughly recommend Neil as I found him to be excellent in dealing with my claim. He always had a friendly & personable approach. He was also willing to have the time and patience to discuss any problems that I experienced. My eternal thanks go to him in succeeding in the result of my claim. (V.N., Kent)
Neil successfully recovered £31,500 compensation for a male client who was involved in an accident at work. The client's work involved working on armoured lorries with no steps to aid him exiting the vehicle. On this occasion the claimant had to step out with a drop of around 2ft, causing his leg to buckle. The client suffered a fracture to his foot, complex regional pain syndrome and required significant treatment to help his recovery.
Neil successfully recovered £4,000 for a man who was attacked by cows whilst walking his dog on a public footpath through farmland. The cows had young calfs with them and were clearly agitated by the presence of the man and his dog, which was on a lead. They headbutted, tramped and charged at the man, causing multiple injuries. The farmer was fould liable under the Occupiers Liability Act 1957, as the cows had not been segregated from footpath users.
Neil successfully obtained £7,500 for a woman that fell when on an outside ice rink. The owners of the ice rink had failed to notify users that part of the ice rink was cordoned off, thus meaning that the safety barrier was unavailable for support, resulting in the claimant losing her balance.
Neil successfully obtained £3,000 for a woman who was walking along a public footpath with her friends through a public golf course when a man decided recklessly to take his tee shot whilst the group were approaching from only a short distance away. Unfortunately for the claimant she was hit by the golf ball on her finger and suffered significant impairment.
You have been very clear in your advice to me and were always prompt to answer any queries I had. When I had any doubt as to what I should do, you gave me first class advice. I hope I never have any more injuries. But if I should ever find myself in need of a first class service I will call you. (D.I., Norfolk)
