At Co-op Legal Services we know how important it is to create a Will that is legally valid, so we try to make it as cost effective as possible for you, depending on what you need.

Our standard Wills start from as little as £150 for a Single Will and from £245 for Mirror Wills i.e. a Will each for a couple with similar wishes (prices are inclusive of VAT). All Wills are stored free of charge in a secure storage vault protected by 24/7 security, humidity and fire control systems.

A Will can do many things. It can let you decide what you would like to happen at your funeral, who your belongings are gifted to, how any property and money is divided and also decide who is going to be your Executor (the person responsible for managing your affairs after you’ve died). Don’t forget, once you’ve died, there will still be things in your name and someone needs to make sure that the terms of your Will are carried out.

All Wills are slightly different in some way or another as it is personal to every individual. Some Wills are straightforward but some are more complicated because of circumstances or because of what it trying to be achieved in the Will.

For example, wishing to protect your home from potential care fees or wanting to make a gift to a vulnerable person such as a child with special needs isn’t straightforward but might be achieved through using the proper Trust structures in your Will. That’s why it’s so important to get the right advice. For more information see our guide to using a Trust in a Will.

You can create any type of Will with Co-op Legal Services and we’ll provide you with a fixed fee quote in writing before any works starts.

Creating your Will is similar. You spend your life protecting your family, so why would you risk their future by no making sure you that you have a properly drafted and legally valid Will?

We offer a flexible service so you have every opportunity to get your Will written if you have a hectic schedule.

We will take you through every step of the process and make creating a Will quick and easy for you. Members of our professional Will writing team explain the benefits of creating a Will with Co-op Legal Services in this short video.
