Our Employment Solicitors understand there are times when you urgently want expert legal advice about a situation at work. That's why we offer a 30 minute initial consultation by phone with an Employment Solicitor or Litigation Lawyer for £60 including VAT.

This allows you to briefly discuss your situation with an Employment Solicitor who will provide legal advice based on the information you provide, for a fixed cost.

Telephone appointments are usually available on the next working day. Simply provide us with a convenient time to call you between 9am and 5.30pm and we will call you.

Fixed Fee Employment Law Advice

Being able to speak with an Employment Solicitor or Lawyer right away about your employment law issue can be extremely useful. It gives you the chance to clarify questions such as whether your rights have been breached, if there is any action you can take, and whether you might be eligible to claim compensation.

For example you might have questions about a claim for Unfair Dismissal. In this case, you will want to establish if your employer has acted unlawfully, and if anything can be done. A 30 minute telephone call gives you the chance to tell an Employment Solicitor / Lawyer about the circumstances of your dismissal. He/she can then make an initial assessment, suggesting whether you could have grounds to make an unfair dismissal claim.

Redundancy is another area that can cause a lot of questions. This might include whether your redundancy is fair, if you have to accept an alternative role that has been offered, and whether your redundancy payment is sufficient. We can consider these questions during the 30 minute telephone consultation, potentially explaining what is expected of your employer and whether the proposed redundancy package is reasonable.

If you need additional legal support after the 30 minute telephone assessment, we can help you on a fixed fee basis. We will agree our fixed fee with you upfront before any work starts, and once we have provided you with a written quote for the agreed work to be done, that price will not change.
