"As you can imagine I am delighted to be awarded such a significant settlement, it does help ease the pain of leaving and entering “retirement” earlier than planned. I’d like to say thank you for you very prompt professional and personable support through this process. Best regards." Simon
"I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your help over the past month or so. I was very unsure what to expect but from the moment you first spoke to me I felt reassured and confident in my actions. The entire process was quicker and much easier than I had imagined it would be and ultimately very cost effective. I would recommend your services to anyone in the same circumstances." Mrs M., Leeds
"I was surprised by how swiftly and easily my enquiry was dealt with. I felt the contact was friendly and non-patronising, whilst always being professional. Hopefully I won't have to speak to Hifsa (Solicitor) again, but I would certainly recommend if any friends ended up in the same position." Mr G., London

"Thank you so much for sorting this out for us, we were becoming completely exhausted with it and so glad to finally be able to put it behind us and before Christmas as well. Thank you for your time and patience with us and for talking to our friend last week, it really did mean a lot to me to be able to have some help to put things in perspective." Mrs D., Suffolk
"I am very satisfied with the quality of service and responsiveness I received from Hifsa at Co-op Legal Services. The attention to detail and reference to case law where applicable was thorough and reassuring, and I would recommend this service unreservedly." Client, London
Hifsa recently used her expertise to help a friend who was having an issue concerning Restrictive Covenants. After the matter was resolved, Hifsa’s friend felt strongly enough to write a testimonial for our website:
"After resigning from a Director role in a small business, I unexpectedly got caught up in a misunderstanding with my former MD surrounding restrictive covenants. It was a shock to receive a Solicitor's letter from my previous employer and even though it was sent as a 'polite reminder', the subsequent follow up was quite unsettling.
“Hifsa was brilliant at 'reading between the lines' of the letters, translating the legal language and clearly explaining the likely consequences and outcomes of various responses. Most importantly, she noticed a contractual error from my previous employer; which allowed us to draft some replies to reduce the emotion, neutralise the situation, and prevent any further escalation. The quick resolution meant we could all get on with our lives without unnecessary legal action. Huge help, thank you!” Ms S., Gloucestershire
Hifsa says of herself, “I am committed to always striving to achieve the best result for my client. Going to an Employment Tribunal can be a challenging process and my aim is to help my clients through this difficult time by ensuring that their case runs smoothly and with minimal stress.”
Hifsa completed her law degree at the University of South Wales (2:1) and was called to the Bar in 2006. Hifsa cross-qualified as a Solicitor at Hugh James and started her career as a Solicitor at DAS Law in 2011 where she had a large and varied employment caseload comprising all aspects of employment law. Hifsa has represented both Claimants and Respondents and has also designed and delivered CPD accredited training to the Bristol Insurance Institute of Directors.
